(From Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home)Brenda Lynn Seward, 53, of Stark City, Missouri was called to her Heavenly home on Monday January 30, 2023 while at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
She was born in Springfield, Missouri on June 12, 1969, the daughter of the late Johnnie Junior and Frances Ann (Worm) Scates.
She was a homemaker and of Lutheran Faith.

Brenda is survived by one son: Randall Seward of the home; one daughter: Paige Seward of New Egypt, New Jersey; two brothers: Bruce and Brian Scates both of Joplin, Missouri; two sisters: Bridgit Ferrell of Joplin, Missouri and Brandy Harris of Monett, Missouri; and one grandchild.
Memorial services are being held at a later date and will be posted upon completion.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
