(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Our dad, Bruce Alton Winch, 77, a resident of Diamond, MO, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, December 17th, 2024.
On July 1st, 1963, he married Edna Lousie Gurley.
He pastored at New Dawn UPCI in Aurora, MO from 1984-1991. He then became Pastor of Crossroads of Life UPCI in 1991 until he retired in 2019. He was a member of LifePoint Pentecostal Church for the last 5 years.
Bruce is survived by his wife of 61 years; his son, Troy (Amanda) Winch, his daughter, LaNell (Jason) Bledsoe, a brother, Jimmy Winch, and a sister, Carla Parker. He is further survived by four grandchildren; Vince (Courtney) Winch, Kyle (Kim) Winch, Preston Winch, Pasha (Elijah) Reynolds; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will hold a celebration of life service at LifePoint Pentecostal Church in Joplin, MO on January 4th, 2025 at 4:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
