(From Clark Funeral Home)Jackie Wayne Gaither, age 62, of Neosho, Missouri, passed away suddenly at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Freeman Hospital in Neosho. He was born December 29, 1959, in Dallas, Texas, the son of the late Jerry and Josie (Winkles) Gaither, Sr.
Jackie graduated from High School in Rogers, Arkansas, and resided in the Huntsville area before moving to Neosho in 2015.
On June 25, 2016, he married LaDonna Hendley in Neosho. Jackie worked for Opal Foods at the Hathaway Chicken Farms. He had an affinity for antiques and collected old cigarette lighters and eagles and loved watching MME Wrestling.
He is survived by his wife, LaDonna, of the home; two brothers, Tim (Amanda) Gaither and Jerry (Renee) Gaither, Jr.; three sisters, Lynn (Stanley) Pickup, Linda (Charlie) Maurice, and Mary (Roy) Rogers; half-brothers, Tony, and Jerry Gaither; his father-in-law, Larry Hendley; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Woolery Franklin “Frankie” Gaither, preceded him in death.
Visitation with viewing will be held from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Missouri.
