Stephanie Grace (Eisenhower) Snare, 73, of Mountain Home, Idaho, passed away at her residence on July 27, 2023, of pancreatic cancer. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late William T. and Leta M. (Yingling) Eisenhower.
Stephanie graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1967, and worked in Altoona and Sinking Valley for many years before moving with her husband to Phoenix, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Snare.
Surviving are her two sisters, Sue Thompson (Joe) of Los Alamos, N.M., and Jane McCaulley (Dan) of Carl Junction, Mo.; her son, Jeffrey A. Gates (Lettie); grandchildren: Stormy Binion (Donald), Summer Gates and Gavin Gates; and great-grandchildren: Kinlee, Skylur and Rowan, all of Mountain Home, Idaho.
