Donald E. 'Don' McLean, age 75, Joplin, passed away at 1:29 a.m. Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Freeman Hospital.
Don was born May 24, 1940 in Joplin to the late Thomas McLean and Goldie Bentley McLean and had lived in the Joplin area all of his life.
Don was an independent roofing contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Harlene; one brother, Fred McLean, Joplin; a sister, Violet Hodges, Nashville, Missouri; three grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several other extended family members.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey; and a brother, Robert.
Memorial services are planned for Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends following the services at the chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
