(From Clark Funeral Home)Paul Arden Thomas was one of five children born to Marian Thomas on February 14, 1952, in Kansas City, MO. He entered into rest on December 2, 2024, surrounded by family and friends.
Paul graduated from East Newton and remained an area resident for most of his life. He worked as a carpenter hanging sheet rock, framing and finishing for many years before eventually joining the carpenter’s union.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and watching his grandchildren play. He loved telling jokes and helping people in need.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara, of 34 years. His daughters Kimberly, Sandra, Shyliah and Telisha and two stepsons Dwayne and Dustin. His grandchildren Dylan, Jacob, Aurianna, Lindsey, Dezaray, Kayla, Gavin, Trevor, Savanah and Chase, his great-grandchildren Ashtynn, Devon, Wyatt, Charly, and Rylee. His brother Lewis and wife Kelly, sister Joy Lynn and husband Dan, his Uncle Sam and Aunt Helen and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother Marian and two brothers Bill and Hank. His niece Heather and nephew Tory, mother and father-in-law Norma and Gene and a dear friend Cindy.
