Lucinda Elizabeth Baker, age 63 of Joplin passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Joplin Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness.
Lucinda was born January 18, 1952 to the late Martin Kilmer and Mary Brubacher Kilmer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She worked as a clerk for Casey's General Store in Pierce City, Mo and later in Carterville. She attended Faith Holiness Church in Joplin.
On December 8, 2007 she married Randy Baker in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, he survives of the home.
Additional survivor include step-daughters, Jeannie and Debbie; step-sons, Randy and William; siblings, Lydia and husband Enos Sauder of Latham, Mo, Adin and wife Annie Kilmer of Versailles, Mo, William Kilmer of Russellville, Mo, Eli and wife Irene Kilmer of Denver, Pa, Harvey and wife Judy Kilmer of California, Mo, Rufus and wife Martha Kilmer of Latham, Mo, Fannie and husband Eddie Martin of Nappanee, In, Amanda Burkholder of Rochester, In. and Nancy and husband David Ramer of Tippecanoe, In; 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a step-son, Terry and two sisters.
Graveside services are planned for Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Osborne Memorial Cemetery in Joplin.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
