Michelle L. Pippin, age 43, of Joplin, passed away on Saturday February 14, 2015, at Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Mo.
Michelle was born on July 22, 1971 in Bellingham, Wa., the daughter of Michael Bristow and Jo (Heath) Fieler. She married Bradley Scott Pippin on November 22, 1989 in Fresno, Ca. They have lived in the area since 1995. She worked in public relations for the Missouri National Guard and for the past year she has worked as a case worker for the Children’s Division for the State of Missouri, she also worked as a reporter for the Neosho Daily News.
She is survived by her husband Scott Pippin, Joplin; three daughters, Amanda Pippin, Joplin, Megan Pippin, of the home, and Chelsey Pippin, Webb City, Mo.; her mother, Jo Fieler, Carl Junction, Mo.; one sister, Tiffany Bristow, state of Indiana.; and one granddaughter, Raelynn “Bean” Jones.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at Mason-Woodard Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Scott Pippin, Tim Dollins, Rob Jarrell, Doug Pippin, Kenny Brinketter, and Scott Purcell. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Cremation.
