Florie Daugherty, 51, Neosho, died August 27, 2015 at Freeman Hospital in Neosho, following an unexpected sudden illness.
She was born September 13, 1963 in Gravette, Arkansas, the daughter of James and Beverly (Houpt) Caywood. Florie was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area. She was a homemaker and loved to garden and do projects with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed farming and beekeeping. She was the owner of Cantrell Drilling and Pump Service.
Florie married Ray Daugherty on October 31, 1980 in Goodman, and he survives. Also surviving are her mother, Beverly Caywood; two children, Coti Gooden and Crystal Davidson and fiancé, James Shelton, all of Neosho; two grandchildren, Dalton Gooden and Lyliegh Davidson; and two brothers, Monty Caywood and Brett Caywood, both of Neosho.
