Greg Evan (Pops) Nicholson, age 58 of Joplin, passed away at 5:49 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Freeman West Hospital.
Born May 31, 1957 in Berkley, CA, he was the son of the late Trent Evan Nicholson and Patricia Larue Nicholson and had lived in Joplin since 1983.
Survivors include a daughter, Cristen Nicholson of Memphis, TN; a son, Jeremy Evan Nicholson and wife Amanda of Joplin; four grandchildren, Anthony, Gavin, Ian and Ivora; one sister, Sharon Arenivar and husband Ernest of Antioch, CA; many extended family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Four State Cremation. A private family gathering is planned.
