(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Lois Ann Hendren, age 84, of Joplin, Missouri passed away on August 22,2023. Lois was born on July 21st,1939. Lois was married to Vencil Hendren on November 14th, 1959.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray & Ernestine Redd, son Donald Engle, brother Everett Redd.
She is survived by her husband Vencil Hendren, brother Dean Redd (Norma), sister Linda Williamson (Wayne). Stepdaughters Connie Paul, Darleen Richey, Judy McKenny and 1 grandson Dustin Engle. 1 great grandson Wyatt Kale, 6 step grandchildren Chris Motley, Judith Motley Schoenfeldt, Billy Jo Paulisich, Jessica Flores, Trevor Hendren, Aaron Schaublin and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lois worked for the VFW and was also a member of the Women’s Auxiliary, VFW Post 5293, Joplin,
Missouri.
Services will be held Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, at Mason Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
3701 East 7th Street, Joplin, Missouri. Visitation at 10:00am, services to follow at 11:00am. Burial at Ozark Memorial following services.
Honorary Pallbearers will include Dean Redd, Wayne Williamson and Denni Hendren.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday August, 30th, 2023 at Mason-Woodard Mortuary at 11:00 am. The family will accept friends for a time of visitation at 10:00 am prior to the service. Burial will be held at Ozark Memorial park cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
