(From Parker Mortuary)Staci Lynn Damm Delozier
November 1, 1969 – December 17, 2024
Staci Lynn Damm Delozier lived a life so full of connection, laughter, and authenticity that it’s hard to believe it fit into one lifetime. Staci touched countless lives with her wit, warmth, and knack for making everyone feel like they belonged exactly where they were.
Her education began in the Catholic school system where she created friendships that would last her lifetime. It was in the local Joplin restaurant world where she honed her gift for connecting with people. Later, she turned her ability to connect and support to the healthcare field, where she offered her unique brand of no-nonsense wisdom. Through it all, her family remained at the core of her being. She is preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Jamie Delozier and parents, Jim and Joan Damm. She is survived and remembered by her brother Shawn, sister-in-law Kelly, nephews Matthew and Jack, her best friend Eden and a cherished circle of friends who she chose as her family and tribe.
Staci was a woman of many talents. An incredible cook with excellent taste, she turned her home into a place of connection where every visitor felt instantly at ease. She was the life of every party, the straw that stirred the drink, and the glue that held an eclectic group of friends together. Whether charming restaurant guests or sharing a laugh with the kitchen crew, Staci moved effortlessly between worlds, bridging divides with her charm and authenticity. Staci navigated every space with grace, always making others feel seen, valued, and heard.
She was subtly brilliant, fiercely loyal, and endlessly adventurous. She loved animals, travel, and being a part of the secret inner circle of every group. If you were lucky enough to call her a friend, you knew she was one who always showed up—sometimes with humor, sometimes with an uncomfortable truth, but always with her whole heart.
Staci’s legacy is one of laughter, connection, and the unapologetic celebration of life. She leaves behind a world brighter for her having been in it and a void impossible to fill. As we say goodbye, let us honor her memory by laughing a little louder, loving a little harder, and showing up for each other.
Cremation arrangements are under the directions of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
