Linda Anderson

Linda Kay Anderson, age 63, of Noel, Missouri, departed this life on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, Missouri, after months of failing health. She entered this life on December 28, 1961, in Neosho, Missouri, born to the union of the late Tony Lee and Lois Marion (Rose) Blecha.

She was raised in Southwest City, Missouri and was a 1980 graduate of McDonald County High School. On August 4, 1992, she married the love of her life, Richard Anderson, and together they shared the last thirty-three years.

Linda's professional life was marked by dedication and service. She spent 11 years at DunHal Products in Gravette, Arkansas. Later, she found joy in serving as a school cook in Noel, where she was beloved by students and staff alike. Her retirement was a reluctant one, necessitated by her health, but even in retirement, she continued to spread joy and kindness to all around her.

A talented artist and an avid cook, Linda's creativity was a beacon of inspiration. Her culinary skills were only matched by her ability to play beautiful melodies on the piano, filling her home with music and the aroma of delicious food. Her artistic talents were a testament to her belief in the beauty of life.

Linda's legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, Richard Anderson, of their home; her stepdaughters, Tifany Myrick and Jolene Davila; her step-grandchildren, Reagan Myrick, Logan Myrick, Dillon Davila, and Kaylynn Davila; her loving sister, Tonja Blecha; her niece, Tesha Burrows; her nephew, Brandon Anderson; her great-niece, Khloe Sisco; her great-nephews, Jaxson Anderson and Jesen Anderson; and a host of other family members and friends who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Cindy Cory and Andy Lee Blecha, who no doubt welcomed her with open arms.

Private burial will take place at Southwest City Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
