Hansel A. Martin, 85, Grove, OK, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Grand Lake Villa, Grove, OK. Hansel A. Martin was born February 28, 1932 in Arditta, MO to the late Thomas E. Martin and Stella B. (Adams) Martin. Hansel served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954 and earned the Korean Service Medal with one bronze service star, the United Nations Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. He worked as a realty broker. Hansel was a member of the Assembly of God Church inOklahoma.
Survivors include one son, Troy Martin (wife Sandy), Hennessey, OK; two step sons, Jerry Scott, Oklahoma City, OK and John Scott, Wichita, KS; one brother Selby Martin (wife Shirley), Eucha, OK; one sister Bernetta Royster (husband Cecil), Carthage, MO; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
