(From White Funeral Home)Jerry Tate, 54, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Cassville, Missouri. Born to James and Sharon (Skelton) Tate on May 17, 1970, in Rogers, Arkansas, he married his beloved Kasey Giddings on December 1, 1991, in Seligman, Missouri. Jerry was an avid fisherman, enjoyed visits to Indigo Sky for gambling, and loved his grandchildren immensely.
He leaves behind his devoted wife of 32 years; two sons, Caleb Tate of Shell Knob, Missouri, and Logan Tate of Cassville, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Sophia Lee Tate, Rosalie Ann Gorman, Kellan Gray Binon, Adrien Tate, William Tate, Sunny Rose Tate, Gabriel Jacob Tate, and Carson Dale Tate; three brothers, Chuck and his wife Angie of Seligman, Missouri, Brandon and his wife Crystal Gautney of Seligman, Missouri, and Gary Tate of Webb City, Missouri; and one sister, Sherri Roy and her husband Doug of Stockton, Missouri.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father James Tate, his mother and stepfather Kay and Darrell Gautney.
The funeral service is scheduled for Monday, November 25, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home and Crematory, officiated by Pastor Jason Ponder, with interment to follow at Washburn Prairie in Washburn, Missouri. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the day of the service at the funeral home.
The arrangements are entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville, Missouri.
