Carol Faye Morrison, 71, Neosho, entered into rest March 10, 2018 after a lengthy illness. She was born Sept. 21, 1946 in Catoosa, OK to William and Ina Jane (Fulton) Horton.
A lifelong area resident, Carol worked as an LPN, and then returned to school to become an RN. She worked for the former Sale Hospital, Freeman Neosho, Oxford Healthcare, and Granby House. Carol was a member of Bosom Buddies Support Group, was an avid sewer, and loved baking.
She and Richard Thomas Morrison were married on August 21, 1968 in Colorado Springs, CO; he preceded her in death on April 8, 2014. Surviving family members include her mother, Jane Horton of Granby; three children, Karen Judd and husband, Keith of Neosho, Angela Testerman and husband, Steve of Seneca, and Brian Morrison of Neosho; three siblings, Bill Horton of Neosho, John Horton of Cassville, and Bella Morris of Joplin; and three grandchildren, Jesse Judd, Trevor and Jared Testerman.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5 until 7 pm on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO.
