Rocky Hill

Rocky D. Hill, 54, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 11:15 AM, Sunday, March 1, 2015 at his home after a sudden illness. 

 Rocky D. Hill was born November 26, 1960 in Joplin, MO the son of Joe D. and Patricia S. (Griffith) Hill. He had lived in the Seneca area all his life. Rocky loved people and love to tell jokes and pull pranks on his friends. He was a 1979 graduate of Seneca High School, and formerly worked Eagle Pitcher Industries in Seneca for 23 years. Rocky was a proud member of the Cloud Busters Model Air Plane group, who meet every Wednesday in Miami, OK to fly their planes. He was also a member of the Seneca Area Chamber of Commerce. Rocky and his wife Sheilah own and operate Picket Fence Flea Market in Seneca.

Rocky D. Hill married Sheilah M. Hildreth June 28, 1989 and she survives.
Additional survivors include one son D.J. Bennett, Wyandotte, OK; his parents, Joe and Pat Hill, Seneca; one brother, Sandy Hill, Seneca; one sister, Wendy Milliman, Joplin; grandchildren, Cheyenne Bennett, Cierra Bennett and Mike Riley and a host of friends.


Graveside services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the Seneca Cemetery with Todd Martin officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
