James Allen 'Jim' Harvey, age 55, Joplin, passed away at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at his home after an illness.
Jim was born April 17, 1962 in Joplin to the late A.E. Harvey and Helen Hunt Harvey and had lived in Joplin all of his life. He loved the outdoors and worked outside as a tree trimmer.
He is survived by his sister, Kenna Hudson, Oronogo; and companion, Cheryl Kuechler.
Graveside services are planned for Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Osborne Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Larry Shumaker will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Ray Hudson, John Calentine and Colby Castaneda.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
