(From Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home)Carol Ann Coffey, age 66, of Sarcoxie, Missouri, passed away at 1:21 p.m. on Monday, February 3, 2025, at her home. She was born November 24, 1958, in Brush, Colorado, the daughter of Estelle Spikes.
Carol and her husband Jimmie owned and operator Interactive Resources in Colorado. She was a member of St. Suzanne’s Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon, Missouri and was a huge animal lover.
She married Jimmie Lee Coffey, in Denver, Colorado. He preceded her in death on December 28, 2019.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Joanne Bradstreet of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; three sons, Louis Coffey and Brandy Matthews of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, Joseph Simpson of Sarcoxie, Missouri and Jackie Simpson of Pueblo, Colorado; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Carol was preceded in death by her mother, Estelle and her husband, Jimmie.
No services are planned at this time. Burial will be held at a later date at Imperial Memorial Gardens in Pueblo, Colorado. Arrangements are under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri. Online condolences may be shared at www.FossettMosherFuneralHome.com.
