(From Clark Funeral Home)Kathy Louise Moore, 67, passed away February 8, 2025. She was born to Rolland Junior Moore and Betty Jean (Johnson) Moore on June 16, 1957 in Joplin, Missouri. Kathy graduated in 1975 from Neosho High School and remained a lifelong resident of Neosho. Kathy worked and owned restaurants in Neosho before retiring.
Kathy is survived by her partner Ernie Wiseman; her sisters Peggy Day of Neosho and Sandra McQueen of Flint, Texas; and her nieces and nephews: Cari Southern, Rocky Olbrey, Stacey Higgins, Andy Olbrey, Matthew Day, Jessica Brown, and Samantha McQueen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Ryan James Moore, and her sister Deborah Olbrey.
Kathy loved animals, especially dogs. In her honor, donations can be made to any animal shelter in her name.
Per Kathy’s request, there will be no services.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice for the excellent care given to Kathy.
