(From Peterson Funeral Chapel)Robert "Lee" Edwards, 89, of Aurora passed away Monday, December 8, 2025 in the Aurora Nursing Center. He was born September 10, 1936 in Valley Falls, KS., the son of Harry and Hazel (Walker) Edwards. He was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie; one son, Tim Edwards of Topeka, KS,; one daughter, Amy Voiers of Stotts City, MO.; one sister, Ruth Bryer of Oskaloosa, KS.; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sons, Tommy, Mike and Kerry Edwards; three brothers, Donald, Homer and Wayne Edwards; and two sisters, Mary Watson and Arlene Edwards.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 11 at 2:00 PM in Crane Community Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6-7 PM in the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
