Harvey Willard Bennett, 72, Anderson, Missouri, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at his residence with his loving family by his side.
He was born on October 18, 1942 in Tiff City, Missouri to the late Clifton Eugene and Martha Maxine (Mayfield) Bennett. Harvey married the love of his life, Barbara Ellen Duckett on March 26, 1983. He was a professional truck driver and very hard worker. Harvey enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Hope Community Church in Tiff City, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three children Harvey Richard Bennett, Kristine Gardner and Tammy Baird.
Harvey is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Barbara Bennett of the home; his two children, Keith Bennett of Anderson, Missouri and Karen Laughlin of Southwest City, Missouri; five step children, Cheryl Miles Bethpage, Missouri, Darrell Blue of Anderson, Missouri, Lennie Boylin of Pineville, Missouri, Carla Johnston of Cassville, Missouri, Garry Blue of Anderson, Missouri; two brothers, Jim Bennett of Anderson, Missouri and Frank Bennett of Southwest City, Missouri; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss Harvey.
Memorial Services for Harvey were held at Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the Hope Community Church in Tiff City, Missouri. Reverend Mike Roark officiated.
