Mary Price

Mary Marjorie Price, 90, Neosho, passed away April 27, 2016 at her home. 

 She was born June 17, 1925 in Sarcoxie, Missouri, the daughter of Walter and Carolyn (Ash) Morris. Mary lived most of her life in the Neosho area and was employed as a Bank Teller. She started her career at First National Bank in Joplin and then worked at banks in Oklahoma. She returned to Neosho in 1969, where she continued working in the banking industry, retiring at the age of 85 from Arvest Bank. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, where she attended Sunday school and had sung in the choir. She was also a member of Neosho Rotary and ABWA. 

 Mary married Joseph Swann Price and he preceded her in death on March 29, 1997. She is survived by four children, John Price (Glenna), Lou-Ann Colyer (John), Cindy Price (Lee Booyer) and David Price; six grandchildren, Christon McGee (Chris), Abbe Price, Michael Price (Britney Steenblock), Cassie Price, Tori Tascarella (Mike) and Sarah Colyer; and eight great grandchildren, K’Dee Price, Allison McGee, Destiny Price, Aiden McGee, Dakota Jones, Madison Price, Peyton Price and Geni Tascarella. In addition to her husband of 49 years, Mary is preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Joseph S. Price III and brother, William Joe Morris.
