Robert Hargrave, 60, Billings, MO, formerly of Neosho, entered into rest on November 7, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his loving family, following an illness of one year.
Robert was born Jan. 17, 1957 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Glenn and Billie (Cayton) Hargrave. He lived most of his life in Neosho before moving to Billings in 2012. Robert worked as an investment broker and an ordained minister. He enjoyed fishing, flying, golfing, cooking and spending time with his granddaughters. He was a member of the Cleaver First Assembly of God Church in Clever.
Robert and Dea Anna Branham were married on Aug. 6, 1977 in Neosho and she survives. Additional survivors include two daughters, Anna Presley and husband, Doug and Amy Blankenship and husband, Brad; four granddaughters, Kellison, Kenna, Kemily Presley and Audrey Blankenship; his father, Glenn Hargrave and wife, Filena; one brother, Donald Hargrave and wife, Eva; one sister, Judy Evans and husband, Kevin and special extended family members, David and Lorraine Branham, Harold and Debbie Johnson, Steve and Miriam Angold and Loretta Angold. Robert is preceded in death by his mother, Billie Ruth Hargrave.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 at 10 am at the Abundant Life Assembly of God in Neosho, Pastor Ken Robinson and Pastor Bruce Baker will officiate. Interment will follow in the Hazel Green Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Wes Ogden, Jason Baker, Bobby Bryant, Mike West, Russ Canter and Leroy Bridges. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 4 to 6 pm at the Clever First Assembly of God Church, 111 N. Public Avenue, Clever, MO.
