Christopher Lee Snyder, age 58, of Joplin, suddenly passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.
Chris was born April 9, 1959 in Girard, Kansas. Chris was a 1977 graduate of Carl Junction High School. He was a line technician for AT&T for many years, working in Independence, Missouri, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Joplin and finally out of the Springfield, Missouri office. Chris enjoyed many things including playing golf with his brother, both having hole-in-ones. He enjoyed raising schnauzer dogs and also cooking for families at his church in Springfield. Chris was an avid car collector, a hobby that he also shared with his brother Kent.
Chris is survived by his parents, Keith and Terry Lamb Snyder, of Carl Junction.
Preceding Chris in death are his two brothers, Brian Snyder, passing in 1983 and recently, Kent Snyder who passed in October of 2017.
Funeral services are planned for Thursday, January 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Frisco Church, Webb City. Family will receive friend one hour prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
