(From Fohn Funeral Home)Cindy Ann Greathouse, age 59, of Shell Knob, Missouri passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, Arkansas.
She was born in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Austin and Lee Ann (Boyer) Bowyer. On August 19, 1994 in Wheaton, Missouri she was united in marriage to Hobart “Hoby” Greathouse, who survives.
Also surviving are her sons, Andrew Greathouse and wife Athena of Shell Knob, Gregory Greathouse of Daytona Beach, Florida and Bob Stott of Cassville; daughters, Miranda Greathouse of Mayfield, Kentucky, Sabrina Thompson and husband Jimmy of Lebanon, Brook Greathouse of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, Beth Greathouse of Shell Knob and Mia Greathouse of Daytona Beach, Florida; brother, Travis Bowyer and wife Sherri of Cassville; sister, Deb Banzhaf and husband Tom of Wichita, Kansas; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents and grandson, Lucas Stott.

Cindy attended school in Cassville, Missouri, graduating from Cassville High School. She was employed by Cassville Elementary School in Cassville and R.J. Longstreet Elementary School in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida as a paraprofessional for several years. Cindy enjoyed reading, visiting with close friends, doing puzzles with her grandchildren and watching football, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Cindy was a firm believer in Jesus Christ.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 6, 2026 at Viney Creek Cemetery in Golden, Missouri, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor J.R. and Vickie Poulson will conduct the services.
