Cherri Michelle Bullard Ellis, age 59 of Joplin, passed away at 5:23 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Freeman West Hospital after a sudden illness.
Born May 12, 1954 in Galena, KS, she lived in the Joplin area her lifetime. Cherri worked in production at Eagle-Picher Industries for over 15 years
Survivors include a daughter, Shannon Carter of Joplin; three sons, Josh D. Ellis and Marcy of Webb City, Blake A. Ellis of Joplin, Gregory Glover and Tabatha of Joplin; her mother, Maybell Cook of Joplin; seven grandchildren, Maranda Carter, Levi and Dylan Prier, Joshua Ellis, Brayden Bond, Zach and Lacy Isbell; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cherri Lynn Isbell; her father, Harold Bullard; and a brother, Eddie Bullard.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at Parker Mortuary followed by cremation.
