Sarah Martin

Sarah Irene Martin, 95, Neosho, died April 17, 2014 at Medicalodge in Neosho, following a short illness.

Sarah was born Sept. 14, 1918 in Neosho, the daughter of Thomas and Martha (Clark) Murray. She was a lifelong area resident and a homemaker and she loved to crochet.

 Sarah and Charles Ernest Martin, Jr. were married on Aug. 11, 1961 in Miami, OK and he preceded her in death on January 27, 2012. She is survived by two sons, Mark Martin, Neosho and Ronald Carter and wife, Shirley, Broken, Arrow, OK; two grandchildren, Charles Martin and wife, Sarah and Jason Carter and wife, Kim, Atlanta, GA and four great grandchildren, Alexus, Cheyenne and Courtney, Atlanta, GA.
