Patricia June Putnam, age 77, Joplin, Mo. passed away Wednesday April 23, 2014 at National Health Care following a lengthy illness.
Patty was born March 15, 1937 in Joplin, Mo. She was the daughter of Frank and Clarabelle Putnam.
She was a lifelong member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She served as a Sabbath School Teacher in the Children’s Ministry, and the telephone and social committees. She was a LPN and Ward Clerk at Freeman Hospital for 30 years, retiring in 1996.
She is survived by a brother, David Putnam and wife Mary, many cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary chapel. Burial will follow at the Osborn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
