Robert Lu-Gene “Boo” Jones, age 42, of Lamar, Missouri, died Friday, October 2, 2015 at Freeman Hospital West. He was born March 14, 1973, to Walter Lu-Gene Jones and Elizabeth Ann (Raynor) Jones at Weableau, Missouri.
Boo attended school at Golden City, Missouri and had worked as a cook at Lodge of the Four Seasons at Lake of the Ozarks.
Boo leaves behind two children, Emily Rea-Ann Jones and Jace Cameron Elliott Jones, both of the home; his mother, Elizabeth Jones, of Lamar; a step daughter, Brooke Shaylee Stamper; uncles, Scott (Kathy) Raynor, of Lamar, Alan Raynor and Chris Raynor, both of Kansas City, Missouri; aunts, Annie Hazel of Vendalia, Missouri and Tyleen Ulhman of Golden City, Missouri; his mother in law Bobbie Bradshaw of Eldon, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews and well as lots of friends.
Preceding him in death are his former wife and mother of his children, Tori Jones, who died in an automobile accident December 10, 2014, at Eldon, Missouri; and his father, Walter Lu-Gene Jones.
Family and friends will gather at a later date to remember and honor “Boo’s” life.
