Janice L. Bryan, 78, Carthage, MO, passed away Monday evening, December 4, 2017 at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, MO. Janice Lee Cunningham was born September 1, 1939 in St. Louis, MO to the late Ambrose Cunningham and Alta (Cawthon) Cunningham. She married Robert William Bryan on April 6, 1973 in St. Louis, MO; he preceded her in death on January 11, 1998. They moved to Carthage in 1998 from Eureka Springs, AR. She worked as a director for the Red Cross Chapter of Eastern Jasper County. Janice enjoyed playing music and played as a backup musician locally.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two daughters, Kelly Dunn and Tracy Walters, one stepdaughter, Lisa Mueller, and one sister, Roberta Murray.
