Judy Gundlach

Judith 'Judy' Ann Gundlach, 81, of Rogers, Arkansas, sadly passed away on November 3, 2024. She was born on July 1st, 1943, in Joplin, Missouri, to the late Warren Lofton Jr. and Jewell (Fields) Lofton.

Judy was born and raised in Joplin, and then moved to Arkansas when she was only 20 years old in 1963. She attended the University of Arkansas and played clarinet in the marching band. She later met her husband, Maxie Gundlach, and the two were married for 15 years and had a wonderful son together.








Judy enjoyed her life in Northwest Arkansas and taught at Rogers High School as the physical education teacher in the 1970s. Later in life, she inherited a dry-cleaning

business from her mother-in-law called 'Fashion Cleaners,' and she proudly served the Rogers community. One of Judy's favorite pastimes was going to the casino in Oklahoma, where she would oftentimes win big and enjoy time with her family and friends. She was also a lifelong Razorback fan and loved to watch their football games. She was well-known throughout her community, and she will be missed by those who knew her.

She is preceded in death by: husband, Maxie Gundlach; son, Charles Gundlach; and parents, Warren and Jewell Lofton.

Judy is survived by: sister, Janice Vandever (Bill); niece, Julie Vandever; daughter-in-law, Heather Gundlach; and grandson, Seth Gundlach.






A visitation for Judy will be held on Friday, November 8th at Rollins Funeral Home, 1401 W Hudson Road, Rogers, AR, from 12:00-1:00 PM, with burial to follow at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers. The family would like to invite guests to wear their Razorback attire.
