(From Buchanan Funeral Home)Clarence Joseph Abramovitz (92) passed from this life on December 2, 2025 at Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville.
Clarence was born on April 26, 1933, to Mike and Rose Abramovitz in Pulaskifield, Missouri. He was married to Voncine Breedlove on September 18, 1954. He is survived by one sister Anita (Richard) Werner; two sons, Joe and Jeff (Julie) Abramovitz; two granddaughters, Lisa Moore and Janaye (Jonny) Atkinson; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. Clarence was proceeded in death by his parents, his bride Voncine, his sisters Eileen and Louise, brothers Mike and Chris, and great-grandson Trenton.
Clarence was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Monett. Clarence loved to farm. As a child he cared for the family animals and his love for horses grew great as he became a young man. Upon marrying Voncine they welcomed two adventurous blonde headed boys and he worked with Vance Brothers Construction of Kansas City to provide for his family. Clarence and Voncine settled their family in Pulaskifield and cultivated a beautiful farm. He never let his disability keep him from doing what needed to be done. He loved to be outside, planting, tending, and harvesting.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6th at Buchanan Funeral Home in Monett with Pastor Mark Bradshaw officiating. Interment will commence at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Monett. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Liberty Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett, MO.
