Harry Eugene Oxford, 66, Neosho passed away on Jan. 3, 2018.
Harry was born March 13, 1951 in Neosho, MO, son of Ralph and Edith Mildred (Sage) Oxford. He was a lifelong area resident and had graduated from East Newton High School. He was a production manager for Talbot Industries, retiring in 2010. Harry enjoyed fishing, watching baseball, and western films.
On June 4, 1970, he married Janet Judd, and she survives of the home. Harry is also survived by two children, Jeff Oxford and wife, Jennifer of Bella Vista, AR, and Jason Oxford and wife, Heather of Neosho, MO; two brothers, John Oxford of KS, and Dale Oxford of Anderson, MO; three sisters, Pat Bly of Tulsa, OK, Mary Long of Tulsa, OK, and Fran Sloan of Neosho, MO; three grandchildren, Allie Oxford, Finnley Oxford, and Orion Oxford; and numerous nieces and nephews. Harry was preceded in death by five siblings, Ralph Oxford, Grace Buol, Martha Ethridge, Jerry Oxford, and Geraldine Miller.
Services will be held 10 am, Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, with Minister Danny Boggs officiating. Interment will follow at the Neosho IOOF Cemetery, with Jim Pollick, Gary Cash, Bruce Tarrant, Steve Baldwin, Steve Smith, and Vic Underwood serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at a time of visitation on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 6pm until 7 pm.
