(From Simpson Funeral Home)Twylla N. Gisel age 90 of Neosho, Missouri passed away at her home on Friday, March 10, 2023. She was born in Stella, Missouri on June 20, 1932 to Lloyd Winchester and Bessie (McGuire) Winchester. Twylla loved to do crossword puzzles, embroidery, and play the piano.
She married Vernon Gisel on August 5, 1950 in Neosho, Missouri and he survives her at home.
Twylla is also survived by her 2 sons, David Gisel and wife Tammy of Clinton, Missouri, Daniel Gisel of Neosho, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kellie Hooper and husband Aaron of Grain Valley, Missouri, Shelly Nauyok and husband Marty of Kansas City, Missouri, Phillip Gisel and wife Heather of Spring Hills, Kansas, and Stephen Gisel of Neosho, Missouri; along with 5 great grandchildren; a brother in law, Bob Fields of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, and 1 brother.
The family will be present for a visitation on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be Friends Cemetery in Purcell, Missouri. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in Twylla's memory to the Prairie Flower Bible Church, 767 Prairie Flower Road, Webb City, Missouri 64870.
