Debra Hamby

Debra Jean Hamby of Commerce, OK passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 in Kansas City, KS. She was 61.

Debra was born March 19, 1955 in Tulsa, OK to Earl Byron “Puss” and Imogene (Anderson) Fisher. She was a lifetime Picher and Commerce resident. She graduated from Picher – Cardin High School in 1973 and later graduated from NEO A&M College in Miami in 2004. She was a home health provider for Good Shepherd Hospice and a member of the First Baptist Church in Quapaw, OK.

Survivors include 2 sons Thomas Earl Bowling and wife Jamie of Quapaw, OK and Rusty Bowling of Phoenix, AZ, 2 daughters, Drenna Robertson and husband Matt of Quapaw, OK and Gina Green and husband Ryan of Carl Junction, MO, 3 step sons Jake Hamby and wife Julie of St. Louis, MO, Bobby King of Quapaw, OK and Jason King and wife Ty of Tulsa, OK, 2 step daughters Amber Hamby of Joplin, MO and April Blair and husband Steven of Miami, OK, her brother David Fisher and wife Sheila of Yukon, OK, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild

Funeral Services will be Friday, September 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Quapaw, OK. Rev. Matt Robertson will officiate. Interment will be in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Miami. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami.
