Betty R. Culp, 79, Shreveport, LA, formerly of Stella, MO, passed away November 14, 2017. She was born April 26, 1938 in Stella to Hershell E. “Doc” and Minnie Woolard Clanton. Betty had worked as a drill operator for Teledyne, Sabreliner, and Premier Turbines in Neosho. She was a member of Stella Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening.
Betty is survived by her children: Michael Doty and Debbie Coberley; grandchildren: Zach Coberley, Cheyenne Wright, Sierra Lamb, Robert Doty, Jason Doty, and Jeremy Doty; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:00 am Friday, November 17, 2017 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, with Rev. Charles Brock officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery, Stella. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, Nov. 16 at Clark Funeral Home.
