Mary Roxanne Richey, age 59, resident of Edgewood, New Mexico, passed away on November 9, 2017, Flagstaff, AZ, following a sudden illness.
Mary was born on October 16, 1958 in Rantoul, IL, the daughter of the late Cecil and Arma L. (Alkire) Wilson. She married Ray A. Richey on September 20, 1975 in Denver, Co. and together they raised two children. She worked as a service manager for Garcia Toyota and Carl Malone Toyota for over thirty years, then owned and operated Route 66 Automotive. She loved to cook and fish.
She is survived by her husband of forty-two years; Ray A. Richey, Edgewood, NM.; daughter, Louisa Menard Richey, San Antonio, TX; son, Gary Lee Richey and wife, Chrissy, Moriarty, NM; four sisters: Enid Clark, Carl Junction, MO, Carol Bain, Clovis, NM, Donna Taylor, Katy, TX, and Melaine Earnest, Bryant, AR; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Daniels.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Mason-Woodard Chapel. Pastor James Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Carl Junction Cemetery.
The visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday prior to the service at Mason-Woodard Chapel.
