Ruby Nadine Molder, 90 years, of Powell, Missouri passed away peacefully in her home on November 2, 2017, following months of declining health.
Ruby was born on February 13, 1927 near Powell, Missouri to the late Ellis and Iona (Slinkard) Cooper. She attended high school at White Rock School in Jane, Missouri. On February 15, 1946 Ruby and Edwin (Bud) Molder were united in marriage in Columbus, Kansas following a two week courtship. Bud preceded her in death on February 25, 1996, ten days after celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Ruby and Bud enjoyed their married life on their farm in Powell, Missouri, raising cattle and large gardens. She loved to read and visit on the phone with good friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a granddaughter, Gayla; a sister, Imogene Hall and two brothers, Donald Lee Cooper and William Darrell Cooper.
Ruby is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Donald Woolard and granddaughter, Joni Woolard all of Powell, Missouri; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss Ruby.
Graveside funeral services for Ruby Molder will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Union Cemetery in Stella, Missouri.
