Bill Dean Sanders, 77, Neosho, MO entered into rest on June 14, 2019. He was born March 17, 1942 in Jenkins, MO to William and Mabel (Henbest) Sanders.
Bill was a retired general road foreman of engines with the KC Southern Railroad. He was a member of the Neosho Masonic Lodge, Abou Ben Adhem Shriners, National Street Rod Association, and Kemps Kustoms of America. Bill loved cars, his grandkids, and barbeques.
Bill married Elda Ruth Tracy on February 9, 1960 in Miami, OK; she passed away July 14, 2000.
He is survived by two children, Tineka Gullett of Neosho, MO and Kevin Sanders and wife, Barbara of Flint Ridge, OK; one brother, John Sanders and wife, Juanita of Warner, OK; three sisters, Sonja Cooper and husband, Don of Shell Knob, MO, Judy Jarnagin and husband, M.D. of Independence, MO, and Ronna Brock of Claremore, OK; four grandchildren, Melissa, Rachel, Nathaniel, and Jacob; and five great grandchildren, Dany, Dylan, Trevor, Destiny and Laykin.
In addition to his wife, Bill was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael Sanders.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Clark Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO with Pastor Sam Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at Dice Cemetery, Fairview, MO. Masonic services will be held at 5:30 pm Wednesday, June 19, with visitation following from 6 pm until 7 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO. Contributions to honor Bill may be made to Shriner’s Hospital, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
