(From Clark Funeral Home)Bradley Gene Sheppard of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on February 2, 1959, in Pasadena, Texas, he was the son of Gene and Doris (Wardell) Sheppard.
Brad graduated from Sam Rayburn High School and later found purpose in his work as a delivery driver for Ozark Mountain Propane. On July 4, 2015, he married the love of his life, Lisa Renee (Schultz) Sheppard, in Rogers, Arkansas. She survives him.
Brad was a proud member of Racine Christian Church and the Arkansas Old Time Fiddlers. His love for music, especially playing the fiddle, was a defining part of his life. He was also a passionate outdoorsman, often found fishing or enjoying nature, and was known for his impressive baking skills.
He is survived by his children: Tara (Gary) Edens, JeAnna (Fredrick) Amukonyi, Megan Reed, Mathue Sheppard, Emma Reed, Jessica Buckles, Tammy Martelly, and Jonsha Valle; his siblings: LeAnn Setliff, Stacey Sheppard, Patricia Luedtke, and Cynthia Acton; grandchildren: Evianna, Xhanyalea, Aleris, Isaac, Holly, Kinzey, Imani, Aidan and Amara and one great-grandchild Serenity. He is also remembered fondly by numerous extended family members and friends.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Doris Sheppard; his son, Randy Sheppard; his sister, Tina Woodbridge; and several beloved aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Racine Christian Church, with John St. Claire officiating. Visitation will follow at 2:30 p.m. All who knew and loved Brad are welcome to attend and celebrate his life.
