(From Carson-Wall Funeral Home)Greg A. Puffinbarger, of Brazilton, died Thursday March 18, 2021 at rural Girard.
Greg was born June 11, 1963 in Nevada, Missouri, a son of Gary and Sharon (Neil) Puffinbarger.
He attended school in Kansas City, Kansas and served in the military.
He married Teresa Allen on July 19, 1985 in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home.
Greg worked as a carpenter and he enjoyed playing golf, working on his truck, and gardening. He was a member of the George C. Brown Post No. 26, American Legion of Girard.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Teresa, of the home, are a daughter, Heather Puffinbarger, and her wife, Marissa, of Neosho, Missouri; his sons, Kevin Moyer, and his wife, Margaret, of Arcadia and Gregory A. Puffinbarger, Jr. of Brazilton; his mother of Walnut; his grandchildren, Ashley Puffinbarger, Tatum Puffinbarger, Kevin Moyer, Jr., Jasmine Tindle, Lindsay Tindle; his brother, Rodney Smith, and his wife, Tina, of Gardner; his sisters, Melanie Crumby, and her husband, Bobby, of Fort Scott, Sabrina Smith of Kansas City, Kansas, and Vanessa Landreth, and her husband, Ed, of Walnut.
He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Jody Lynn Puffinbarger, and a sister, Christy Cambers.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Smith-Carson-Wall Funeral Home in Girard with Pastor Rick Prideaux officiating. Burial will be in the Zion/Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Brazilton with Military Honors given by the George C. Brown Post No. 26, American Legion of Girard.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home where friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Monday.
