(From Parker Mortuary)Judith Jean Flenner, age 78, of Joplin, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at her home.
Mrs. Flenner, daughter of the late Dwight and Fern (Koch) Harris, was born on November 18, 1942 in Wichita, KS. She moved to the area as a young child with her family. She was a graduate of Jasper High School Class of 1960.
In 1974 she was united in marriage to Gary Flenner.
She was previously employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company until her retirement. Judith loved animals and was an avid art enthusiast. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother who will be missed.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Flenner, of Joplin; one daughter, Meredith Flenner, of Joplin; two sisters, Sandra Pommert, of Joplin and Beverly Morris, of Halltown; and several nieces and nephews.
Committal of ashes will be held at a later date at Ozark Memorial Park in Joplin.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
