Shara was born June 28, 1987 in Joplin to Robert and Carrie (Abernathy) Wyler. She grew up and attended school in Joplin. Shara was a 2006 graduate of Joplin High School and proudly earned her spot on the 4.0 Honor Roll every year.
While in high school, her favorite club was DECA, where she was able to develop her marketing talents. The highlight of this experience was a school trip to NYC.
Shara was also active in soccer, softball, basketball, and cheerleading. She modeled for Kay’s Modeling Agency in Jr. High and during her High School years. After graduation she attended MSSU where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and Management.
Shara was a homebody who loved watching movies, especially with her mom. You could find these two together any weekend lounging around relaxing. She loved when her dad made her favorite meal: chicken, baked potato, and salad. She loved spending summer weekends at Table Rock lake with family and the summer trips to Destin, FL.
Shara was a Chiefs fan, enjoyed listening to music, a proud home owner, and couldn’t pass up a good drink from Sonic. She was a lover of animals from early on in life. She adopted her heart dog, Razz, from the humane society as puppy- they were best buds!

After Razz crossed the rainbow bridge, Shara adopted her cat, Gemma, who she was obsessed over. She was a creative writer and tender-hearted, who also had a soft spot for the elderly. She was a good friend to anyone and will be missed by all who knew her.
