Johnny Allred

Johnny Wayne Allred, age 67, of Purdy, Missouri passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022 at St. Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri.

He was born January 31, 1955 in Carthage, Missouri the son of Everett and Nadine (Moudy) Allred. 

On September 26, 1975 in Phoenix, Arizona he was united in marriage to Melody McCord, who survives. 








Also surviving are two sons, Michael Howard Allred and his wife Karen of Homestead, Florida and Kevin Wayne Allred and his wife Olga of Hallsville, Missouri; one daughter, Rachel Annette Beasley and her husband Colin of Chatham, Ontario, Canada; one brother, Ronnie Allred and his wife Esther of Rogersville, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Kenia, Rylee, Kaylee, Emily, Kevin Jr., Billy, Toby and Ethan and one great grandson, Anthony.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Johnny moved from Carthage, Missouri to the Purdy, Missouri area in 1963. He attended school in Ava, Missouri graduating from Mt. Zion Bible School. He was employed by the Monett Police Department as a police detective. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and photography. Johnny loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was a member of Log Church.








Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 23, 2022 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Carolyn McNabb will conduct the services. Burial will be at Log Church Memorial Gardens at Butterfield, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

Contributions may be made to Log Church Memorial Gardens in memory of Johnny.
