(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Joshua Boyd, 36, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 in Webb City, Missouri.
Joshua was born October 27, 1985 in Joplin, Missouri. He loved to hunt and fish. Joshua enjoyed being outdoors. He also liked to barbeque and smoke meat, host crawfish boils and was a HUGE Chiefs fan!
Joshua is survived by the love of his life for ten years, Talia Triplett; daughter, Elleana, of the home; parents, Norma (Boyd) and Ed Downing of Reeds, Missouri; one brother, Clarence Downing (Michelle) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; three sisters, Tisha Lee of Bentonville, Arkansas, Brenna Hawkins (Jonathan) of Centerton, Arkansas, and Erin Downing (Mike English) of Grove, Oklahoma; Grandmother, Lenora Downing; nieces and nephews, Destiny Lee, Chloe Lee, Ethan Lee, Hailey Boyd, J.J. Hawkins, Cody Downing, Rae Downing, Landon Jones, Lydia Piper, Selah Baker and Xavier Johnson; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joshua is preceded by his grandparents, James and Donna Boyd, Clarence Downing, and Vince Triplett.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the Ulmer Funeral Home Chapel. In Honor of Joshua and his love of the Kansas City Chiefs, please wear your Chiefs attire. Private arrangements for burial at a later date.
