(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Hoa Nguyen, age 54, of Joplin, MO, passed away on April 19, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
Hoa was born April 17, 1970, in My Tho, Vietnam to Bo Tan Nguyen and Khinh Thi Huynh with five brothers.
On April 28, 2003, he married the love of his life, Tonhi Tran, in Houston, Texas. Hoa was known by many for his skills as a nail tech at Glamour Nails. He was a beloved husband, brother-in-law, and friend.
Hoa is survived by his wife Tonhi and many additional extended family members.
A funeral mass service is scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday, April 24 at Tinh Dong Dong Cong USA church in Carthage, MO.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, April 23 at Mason-Woodard Chapel in Joplin.
