William Joseph 'Buzz' Bazarnicki, Jr., 59 of Joplin, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2016 at Mercy Hospital following a short illness.
Buzz was born August 24, 1957 in Liberty, New York to the late William J. Bazarnicki, Sr. and Nedra Flemming Bazarnicki. Buzz left school early to serve his country in the U.S. Naval Services, serving during Vietnam War and after. Lately, Buzz was working as a handyman for the KOA Campground in Joplin.
Surviving Buzz are sisters, Jan Bazarnicki-McIntyre of Louisville, Kentucky and Jill Davis of Bozeman, Montana; nephews, Brent Davis of Bozeman, Arden Turnbull of Seattle, Washington; nieces, Kendra Wilson of Caldwell, Idaho, Shannell Smith of Florida, Nedra McIntyre and Brittney McIntyre, both of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
A memorial visitation is planned for Thursday, November 10 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
His ashes will be buried at Yellowstone National Cemetery in Laurel, Montana at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
