Dale Ratliff

Dale was born on February 25, 1939 in Richey, Mo., the son of the late, Ray and Velma (Strong) Ratliff. He served in the United States Navy and the United States Air National Guard. Dale married Lillian Fay Frank of Garden City, Ks. in 1964 and together they raised one son. She preceded him in death in 1988. While together they spent 20+ years working and raising a family in Topeka, Ks. Dale enjoyed building friendships, many of which were members of the Topeka Harley Owners Group.

Dale married Ginger Minson Ratliff on October 9, 2012 in Eureka Springs, Ar. They were members of College Heights Christian Church, where Dale was actively involved in many ministries and outreach programs.

Dale is survived by his wife, Ginger Ratliff, Joplin; one son, David Ratliff and wife Denise, Tulsa, Ok.; one step-son, John Ratliff and wife Tonya, Commerce, Ok.; three brothers, twin brother, Jimmy Gale Ratliff and wife Glenda, Wichita, Ks., Leroy Ratliff and wife Joyce, of the state of Rhode Island; Rick Ratliff and wife Cidney, Mukilteo, Wa.; two grandchildren; Emily Ratliff, and Will Ratliff; two step-grandchildren, Jessica Self and husband Matthew, and Trae Ratliff; and two step-great-grandchildren, Walker and Jax Self.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at College Heights Christian Church. Rick Bushnell, Minister will officiate. Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Penwell Gable Cemetery in Topeka, Ks.

The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Tuesday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.

Memorial contributions may be given to College Heights Christian Church.
