Teresa Pittman, age 58 of Joplin, Missouri formerly Purcell and Carterville, Missouri passed away Thursday November 17, 2016 at her son’s home with family by her side
She was born December 6, 1957 in San Jose, California to Jim and Eldena (Ayers) Riley.
Teresa worked as a CNA at several area nursing homes, most recently at Webb City Health and Rehabilitation Center
She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Riley and one son, Mark Roy Pittman Jr.
Teresa is survived by her mother, Eldena Riley; one son, Shane Pittman and wife Angel, Joplin, Missouri; one sister, Shelia Wilson, Oronogo, Missouri; one step brother, Bucky Riley, Joplin, Missouri; four grandchildren, Kyle Pittman and finance Stephanie Jacobs, Chrislynn Pittman and husband Kody, Ruby Pittman and Michael Pittman, and two great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday November 19, 2016 at New Grace Assembly Church, Oronogo, Missouri. Graveside services will be 2:30 pm Tuesday November 22, 2016 at the Oronogo Cemetery, Oronogo, Missouri
Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home Webb City, Missouri.
